ABSTRACT: The influence of early childhood education on mindfulness is essential for understanding how early educational experiences promote children's ability to focus and regulate their emotions. This study examines how early childhood education programs influence the development of mindfulness in young children. The objectives are to (1) assess improvements in children's ability to focus and stay present, (2) evaluate the integration of mindfulness activities in early childhood education curricula, and (3) examine changes in children's emotional regulation and stress levels. A survey design is justified as it enables comprehensive data collection on the influence of early childhood education on mindfulness. A purposive sample of 110 children from preschools in Adamawa State was used. The case study focuses on a preschool known for its mindfulness program. Findings indicated significant improvements in children's ability to focus and stay present, the effectiveness of mindfulness activities, and positive changes in children's emotional regulation and stress levels. Recommendations included integrating mindfulness activities into early childhood curricula and providing ongoing professional development for educators to support children's mindfulness development.
