ABSTRACT: Early childhood education plays a vital role in technology integration, which is essential for preparing children for a technology-driven world. This study explores how early childhood education programs influence the integration of technology in learning. The objectives are to (1) assess improvements in children's ability to use technology for learning, (2) evaluate the integration of technology in early childhood education curricula, and (3) examine changes in children's digital literacy and confidence. A survey design is justified as it enables comprehensive data collection on the influence of early childhood education on technology integration. A purposive sample of 130 children  from preschools in Cross River State was used. The case study focuses on a preschool known for its technology integration program. Findings indicated significant improvements in children's ability to use technology for learning, the effectiveness of technology integration activities, and positive changes in children's digital literacy and confidence. Recommendations included integrating technology activities into early childhood curricula and providing ongoing professional development for educators to support children's technology integration.
