ABSTRACT: The impact of early childhood education on fine motor skills is essential for understanding how early educational experiences shape children's dexterity and coordination. This study explores how early childhood education programs influence the development of fine motor skills among young children. The objectives are to (1) assess improvements in children's dexterity and hand-eye coordination, (2) evaluate the integration of fine motor skill activities in early childhood education curricula, and (3) examine changes in children's ability to perform precise movements. A survey design is employed to gather comprehensive data on the impact of early childhood education on fine motor skills. A purposive sample of 120 children  from preschools in Edo State was used. The case study focuses on a preschool renowned for its fine motor skill development program. Findings revealed significant improvements in children's dexterity and hand-eye coordination, the effectiveness of fine motor skill activities, and positive changes in children's ability to perform precise movements. Recommendations included integrating fine motor skill activities into early childhood curricula and providing ongoing professional development for educators to enhance children's fine motor skills.
