ABSTRACT: The role of early childhood education in fostering curiosity is crucial for understanding how early education stimulates children's desire to explore, learn, and discover. This study investigates how early childhood education programs foster curiosity in children. The objectives are to (1) assess improvements in children's inquisitiveness and exploratory behaviors, (2) evaluate the integration of curiosity-driven activities in early childhood education curricula, and (3) examine changes in engagement and learning outcomes. A survey design is justified as it enables detailed data collection on educational impacts on curiosity. A purposive sample of 110 children  from preschools in Osun State was used. The case study focuses on a preschool known for its curiosity-driven learning approach. Findings indicated significant improvements in children's inquisitiveness and exploratory behaviors, the effectiveness of curiosity-driven activities, and positive changes in engagement and learning outcomes. Recommendations included incorporating curiosity-driven activities into early childhood curricula and training educators to support children's natural curiosity and love for learning.
