ABSTRACT: Assessing the benefits of early childhood education in addressing cyberbullying is essential for creating a safe online environment for children. This study aimed to evaluate how early childhood education programs influence children's awareness and response to cyberbullying. The objectives were to (1) assess improvements in children's understanding of cyberbullying, (2) evaluate the effectiveness of anti-cyberbullying activities in the curriculum, and (3) examine changes in children's behavior towards reporting and preventing cyberbullying. A survey design was employed to gather comprehensive data from participants, allowing for a broad assessment of the topic. A purposive sample of 100 children aged 4-6 years, enrolled in anti-cyberbullying education programs, was selected to ensure relevant experiences. The case study focused on an early childhood education center in Lagos State, known for its digital safety initiatives. Findings indicated significant improvements in children's understanding of cyberbullying, the effectiveness of anti-cyberbullying activities, and positive changes in behavior towards reporting and preventing cyberbullying. The study recommended integrating anti-cyberbullying education into early childhood curricula and providing training for educators to effectively address cyberbullying issues.
