ABSTRACT: This research assessed the long-term effects of early childhood education on career success. The objectives were to: (1) evaluate the correlation between early childhood education and career achievements, (2) assess the impact of early educational experiences on professional skills development, and (3) explore the role of early education in shaping career trajectories. A survey design was employed to gather comprehensive data from adults who received early childhood education and those who did not. A sample size of 200 adults was selected using purposive sampling. The case study focused on professionals in Enugu State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that individuals who received early childhood education were more likely to achieve career success and develop essential professional skills. Early educational experiences played a significant role in shaping career trajectories and fostering a strong foundation for lifelong learning. It was recommended that policymakers prioritize investment in early childhood education to enhance career success and that educational programs be designed to provide equitable access to high-quality early learning experiences.
