Abstract: This research investigates strategies to promote social justice and equity within early childhood education (ECE) settings. The objective is to identify barriers and opportunities for ensuring inclusive practices that support diverse learners. A survey research design is employed to gather perspectives from 150 ECE educators and administrators across Delta State, selected through purposive sampling to represent varying school sizes and demographic compositions. Findings indicate that proactive policies, culturally responsive teaching methods, and inclusive curricular adaptations are crucial in fostering equitable learning environments. Recommendations include professional development initiatives for educators, policy reforms to address systemic inequalities, and community engagement strategies to support marginalized families. This study underscores the significance of promoting social justice as integral to effective ECE practices, ensuring every child receives equitable opportunities for learning and development.
