Abstract: This research explores the impact of early childhood education (ECE) on physical health outcomes in adulthood. The objective is to assess how ECE influences physical health indicators such as obesity rates, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness behaviors. A survey research design is employed to collect data on health outcomes from a sample of 300 adults aged 25-40, selected through purposive sampling to ensure diversity in health profiles and educational backgrounds. Enugu State is selected as the research location for its urban and rural diversity. Findings indicate that participants who received quality ECE demonstrate lower rates of obesity and higher engagement in physical activity compared to those with limited early educational exposure. Recommendations based on the findings include integrating health education into early childhood curricula and enhancing physical activity opportunities during early education to promote long-term health benefits.
