Abstract: This research explores the application of Waldorf education principles in early childhood settings in Nigeria. The objectives are to examine Waldorf-inspired pedagogical practices, assess their alignment with Nigerian educational contexts and cultural values, and propose strategies for integrating holistic educational approaches into ECE curricula. Using a mixed-methods survey research design, this study justifies its approach by surveying educators, parents, and educational theorists to gather perspectives on Waldorf education principles and their applicability in Nigerian settings. A purposive sample size of 300 participants ensures representation from urban and rural areas, capturing Nigeria's diverse cultural and educational landscapes. Osun State is selected as the case study location, known for its initiatives in alternative education and cultural preservation. The reliability coefficient score will ensure data validity and reliability across qualitative and quantitative analyses. Findings are expected to inform educational reforms and curriculum development that promote holistic child development and educational excellence through culturally relevant pedagogical approaches in Nigerian ECE settings.
