Abstract: This research examines the impact of cultural diversity on early childhood education programs in Kaduna State, Nigeria, aiming to explore how diverse cultural backgrounds influence teaching practices and curriculum adaptations. The objective is to identify effective strategies for promoting inclusivity and cultural competence among educators and young learners. Employing a mixed-methods research design, quantitative data is collected through surveys from 250 educators and qualitative insights are gathered through interviews with parents and community leaders. Taro Yamane's formula is used to determine a sample size that represents diverse cultural demographics. A case study approach focuses on a multicultural preschool setting to illustrate best practices in accommodating cultural diversity. The reliability coefficient score ensures data validity across survey responses. Findings reveal that culturally responsive teaching approaches improve student engagement, respect for cultural differences, and academic performance. Recommendations emphasize integrating diverse perspectives into curriculum frameworks, providing professional development on cultural competence, and fostering partnerships with families to celebrate cultural heritage in early childhood education settings.
