This study examines the role of technology in early childhood education, focusing on its benefits and best practices for enhancing learning experiences. The objective is to assess how digital tools and educational apps influence cognitive development and academic readiness among preschool children in Rivers State, Nigeria. A survey research design is utilized to gather perspectives from 200 educators, parents, and technology specialists. The sample size is calculated using Taro Yamane's formula to ensure representative data collection. A notable preschool equipped with innovative technology serves as a case study to explore effective integration strategies. The reliability coefficient score validates the survey's consistency and accuracy. Findings indicate that technology enhances engagement, problem-solving skills, and digital literacy among young learners. Recommendations emphasize the need for balanced screen time, teacher training in technology integration, and parental guidance to optimize technology's educational benefits in early childhood settings.
