ABSTRACT

This study was carried out to examine the the effect of inadequate human resource on the performance of government establishments. Specifically, the study Letting government to know that the human resources performance in Enugu State is inadequate, identify the levels in which the inadequacies were existing. The study employed the survey descriptive research design. A total of 30 responses were validated from the survey. The study adopted the  Herbeg

Two-factor Theory. From the responses obtained and analysed, that human resource in government organizations. Furthermore, training and incentives is needed to have an efficient human resource. The study recommend corruption in the public sector should be minimized. More so, government should give priority on the employment of qualified and efficient staff.
