ABSTRACT: The impact of AI-driven career counseling in vocational education is transformative, providing students with personalized guidance and support for their career paths. This study aimed to assess how AI-driven career counseling enhances vocational training programs, identify the specific benefits and competencies developed, and measure student satisfaction with the counseling services. A survey design was employed to collect detailed insights from participants using AI-driven career counseling in their vocational education. The sample size included 150 students from various vocational training programs. Purposive sampling was used to select participants with exposure to AI-driven counseling. The case study was conducted at the University of Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that AI-driven career counseling significantly improved students' career decision-making skills, enhanced their understanding of job market trends, and provided personalized career development plans. Students expressed high levels of satisfaction with the counseling services, appreciating the personalized and data-driven approach. It was recommended that vocational training institutions expand their AI-driven career counseling services and continuously explore new AI applications to enhance educational outcomes.
