ABSTRACT: Innovations in vocational education for blockchain technology careers are essential for preparing students to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving blockchain industry. This study aimed to identify effective innovations in vocational training for blockchain technology, assess their impact on student skills, and evaluate overall student satisfaction with the educational programs. A survey design was selected to gather detailed insights from participants involved in blockchain technology vocational training. The sample size included 180 students from various technical institutions. Purposive sampling ensured the selection of participants with relevant experience in blockchain education. The case study was conducted at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that innovative training methods, such as project-based learning, blockchain simulations, and industry collaborations, significantly improved students' technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Students reported high levels of satisfaction with the curriculum, noting its relevance and applicability to real-world blockchain challenges. It was recommended that vocational training institutions continuously integrate cutting-edge blockchain technologies and foster partnerships with the blockchain industry to keep pace with advancements in the field.
