ABSTRACT: Innovations in vocational education for smart agriculture solutions are essential for preparing students to meet the evolving demands of the agricultural sector. This study aimed to identify effective innovations in vocational training for smart agriculture, assess their impact on student skills, and evaluate overall student satisfaction with the educational programs. A survey design was employed to collect detailed insights from participants involved in smart agriculture vocational training. The sample size included 200 students from various technical institutions. Purposive sampling ensured the selection of participants with relevant experience in smart agriculture education. The case study was conducted at the Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that innovative training methods, such as precision farming simulations, IoT-based projects, and industry collaborations, significantly improved students' technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Students reported high levels of satisfaction with the curriculum, noting its relevance and applicability to real-world agricultural challenges. It was recommended that vocational training institutions continuously integrate advanced technologies and foster partnerships with the agricultural industry to keep pace with advancements in the field.
