ABSTRACT: The impact of digital twin technology on vocational education is transformative, providing students with advanced tools for learning and skill development. This study aimed to assess how digital twin technology enhances vocational training programs, identify the specific skills and competencies developed, and measure student satisfaction with digital twin-integrated training. A survey design was employed to collect detailed insights from participants using digital twin technology in their vocational education. The sample size included 180 students from various vocational training programs that incorporated digital twin technology. Purposive sampling was used to select participants with exposure to digital twin technology. The case study was conducted at the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that digital twin technology significantly improved students' technical skills in simulation and modeling, enhanced their problem-solving abilities, and provided hands-on learning experiences. Students expressed high levels of satisfaction with the training, appreciating the interactive and practical approach. It was recommended that vocational training institutions expand their digital twin technology curricula and continuously explore new applications to enhance educational outcomes.
