ABSTRACT: Developing vocational training modules for advanced robotics systems is essential for preparing students for careers in the fast-growing field of robotics. This study aimed to design effective training modules for advanced robotics, assess their impact on student skills, and evaluate student satisfaction with the training. A survey design was selected to gather detailed insights from participants. The sample size included 180 students from various vocational programs focused on robotics. Purposive sampling ensured the selection of participants with exposure to robotics education. The case study was conducted at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. Findings revealed that the newly developed training modules significantly improved students' technical skills in robotics programming and maintenance, enhanced their problem-solving abilities, and provided hands-on learning experiences. Students reported high levels of satisfaction with the training, appreciating the comprehensive and practical approach of the modules. It was recommended that vocational training institutions continuously update their robotics curricula to incorporate the latest advancements and provide ongoing professional development for instructors to maintain high standards of education.
