ABSTRACT: Addressing Digital Transformation in Vocational Training Methodologies examines how digital advancements can be integrated into vocational education to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. This study explored the impact of digital transformation on vocational training methodologies. The objectives were: to assess the current state of digital integration in vocational training, to evaluate the effectiveness of digital tools and platforms in enhancing learning outcomes, and to propose strategies for facilitating digital transformation in vocational education. A survey design was chosen to gather detailed data from students, educators, and administrators, providing a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation in vocational training. A sample size of 300 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique to include participants with experience in digital tools and vocational education. The case study focused on the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo State. Findings indicated that digital transformation significantly improved learning outcomes, increased access to resources, and enhanced student engagement. It was recommended that vocational institutions should invest in digital infrastructure, provide training for educators on digital tools and platforms, and continuously update their methodologies to incorporate emerging technologies.
