ABSTRACT: This study examines the impact of leadership training on vocational school administrators, focusing on its effects on school management and educational outcomes. The objectives were to (1) assess the current state of leadership training programs for vocational school administrators, (2) evaluate the perceived benefits and challenges associated with these programs, and (3) propose strategies to enhance leadership training effectiveness in vocational education. A survey design was chosen to gather data from vocational school administrators, educators, and students, providing insights into leadership development practices and their impact. The sample size comprised 150 participants, selected through purposive sampling to include administrators from various vocational institutions across Nigeria. The case study focused on Rivers State, known for its proactive approach to vocational education administration. Findings revealed that leadership training positively influenced administrators' ability to foster a supportive school climate, improve staff morale, and enhance educational outcomes. Recommendations included establishing standardized leadership training programs tailored to vocational school needs, incorporating mentorship opportunities for aspiring administrators, and promoting continuous professional development in leadership skills.
