ABSTRACT: This study explores the technological infrastructure challenges faced by vocational schools, emphasizing the need for robust technological support to enhance learning and skill acquisition. The objectives were to (1) identify the primary technological infrastructure challenges in vocational schools, (2) evaluate the impact of these challenges on educational outcomes, and (3) propose strategies to overcome these challenges. A survey design was employed to gather data from students, educators, and administrators, providing a comprehensive understanding of the technological limitations within vocational education. The sample size included 300 participants, selected through a purposive sampling technique to ensure diverse representation from those directly affected by technological infrastructure issues. The case study focused on Lagos State, Nigeria, known for its diverse vocational education institutions. Findings revealed that inadequate access to modern technology, poor internet connectivity, and insufficient technical support significantly hindered effective teaching and learning. Recommendations included increased investment in technological infrastructure, the establishment of public-private partnerships to provide resources and expertise, and the implementation of regular training programs for educators to effectively utilize available technologies.
