ABSTRACT: This study explores innovations in integrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education into vocational curricula, focusing on the benefits and challenges of this integration. The objectives were to (1) identify innovative methods for incorporating STEM into vocational training, (2) evaluate the impact of STEM integration on students' skills and employability, and (3) propose strategies to enhance STEM education in vocational programs. A survey design was chosen to collect data from students, educators, and industry professionals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of current practices and perceptions. The sample size included 200 participants, selected through a purposive sampling technique to ensure relevant insights from those involved in STEM and vocational education. The case study was conducted in Anambra State, Nigeria, known for its educational initiatives and industrial activities. Findings indicated that integrating STEM into vocational curricula significantly enhanced students' problem-solving and analytical skills, making them more competitive in the job market. However, challenges such as inadequate resources and insufficient training for educators were identified. Recommendations included investing in STEM resources, providing professional development for educators, and fostering industry partnerships to support practical STEM learning experiences in vocational training programs.
