Abstract: Innovations in promoting lifelong learning habits among vocational educators are crucial for enhancing teaching quality, professional development, and educational outcomes. This study explores innovative strategies and initiatives that foster lifelong learning among vocational educators, focusing on their impact on instructional practices, curriculum development, and student engagement. Objectives include assessing educators' participation in lifelong learning activities, evaluating the effectiveness of innovative learning programs, and identifying barriers and facilitators to promoting continuous professional development in vocational education. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 180 participants, including vocational educators, educational administrators, and professional development coordinators, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across vocational disciplines in Cross River State. Case studies will highlight vocational institutions implementing successful lifelong learning programs, showcasing effective approaches and their impact on educator competencies and student learning outcomes. Findings indicate that lifelong learning initiatives enhance educators' knowledge base, teaching effectiveness, and adaptability to evolving educational trends. Recommendations emphasize creating structured professional development pathways, integrating technology-enhanced learning tools, and establishing mentorship programs to support vocational educators in cultivating lifelong learning habits and improving educational outcomes.
