Abstract: Strategies for promoting collaboration between vocational schools and industries are essential for aligning educational programs with workforce demands and enhancing students' employability. This study investigates effective strategies for fostering partnerships between vocational institutions and industries, focusing on their impact on curriculum relevance, skills development, and job placement opportunities. Objectives include assessing current practices in industry-school collaboration, evaluating stakeholders' perceptions of partnership benefits, and identifying barriers and facilitators to collaboration. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 180 participants, including vocational educators, industry representatives, and policymakers, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across vocational sectors in Kaduna State. Case studies will highlight successful industry-school partnership models, showcasing collaborative initiatives and their outcomes. Findings indicate that strategic partnerships enhance curriculum relevance, provide industry insights to educators, and improve students' workplace readiness. Recommendations emphasize fostering mutual benefits through formalized partnerships, integrating industry input into curriculum development processes, and establishing apprenticeship and internship programs to bridge the gap between education and industry needs.
