Abstract: The role of cultural intelligence in vocational education is increasingly recognized as essential for preparing students to thrive in culturally diverse workplaces. This study explores how cultural intelligence enhances vocational training by fostering intercultural competence and adaptability. Objectives include assessing the impact of cultural intelligence training on students' cross-cultural skills, identifying barriers to cultural integration in vocational settings, and exploring perceptions of cultural diversity as a resource in vocational education. A survey research design is chosen to gather data from 200 participants, including vocational educators and students, using purposive sampling to ensure representation across different cultural backgrounds and vocational disciplines. Case studies will focus on vocational institutions in Kaduna State, known for its cultural diversity and vibrant vocational education sector. Findings indicate that cultural intelligence training improves students' ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts and enhances their employability in global markets. Recommendations emphasize integrating cultural competence into vocational curricula, promoting diversity awareness among educators, and fostering partnerships with diverse industries to enhance cultural learning experiences.
