Abstract: In recent years, the demand for interdisciplinary skills in vocational education has grown significantly. This study investigates effective strategies for promoting interdisciplinary collaboration among vocational education stakeholders. Interdisciplinary collaboration refers to the integration of knowledge and skills from different disciplines to address complex issues in vocational training. The objective of this research is to identify key strategies that enhance collaboration between educators, industry partners, and policymakers in vocational education. A survey research design is employed to gather insights from a sample size of 200 educators and industry professionals across vocational institutions in Lagos State, Nigeria. Purposive sampling is utilized to select participants who have expertise in vocational education and collaborative practices. The case study approach focuses on successful interdisciplinary collaboration initiatives in vocational schools. Findings indicate that structured communication channels, professional development programs, and joint project-based learning are critical for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Recommendations emphasize the need for policy support, resource allocation, and continuous training to sustain effective interdisciplinary practices in vocational education.
