Abstract: The effectiveness of peer-to-peer learning networks in vocational education is vital for enhancing collaborative learning and skill acquisition. This study investigates how peer-to-peer learning networks impact vocational students' learning experiences and outcomes. The objectives are: (1) to assess the benefits of peer-to-peer learning networks, (2) to evaluate students' attitudes towards these networks, and (3) to propose strategies for effective implementation. A survey research design is employed to gather data from students and educators. The sample size includes 250 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Delta State, known for their collaborative learning initiatives. Findings indicated that peer-to-peer learning networks significantly improved students' engagement, knowledge retention, and practical skills. However, challenges such as group dynamics and unequal participation were noted. Recommendations included providing structured peer-learning activities, offering training for peer leaders, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
