Abstract: Promoting lifelong learning among vocational graduates is essential for ensuring continuous skill development and adaptability in an ever-changing job market. This study investigates strategies for encouraging lifelong learning and their impact on vocational graduates' career progression and satisfaction. The objectives are: (1) to identify the key motivators for lifelong learning among vocational graduates, (2) to evaluate the effectiveness of current lifelong learning initiatives, and (3) to propose strategies for enhancing lifelong learning engagement. A survey research design is utilized, justified by the need to collect comprehensive data from graduates, educators, and employers on lifelong learning practices and perceptions. The sample size includes 350 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Ekiti State, known for their emphasis on lifelong learning. Findings indicated that career advancement, personal development, and industry requirements were key motivators for lifelong learning. However, barriers such as time constraints, financial limitations, and lack of access to learning resources were noted. Recommendations included increasing access to affordable learning opportunities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to facilitate flexible learning options.
