Abstract: The impact of globalization on vocational job mobility is significant in shaping career opportunities and workforce dynamics. This study explores how globalization influences job mobility for vocational graduates and identifies factors that facilitate or hinder their international career prospects. The objectives are: (1) to assess the extent of job mobility among vocational graduates, (2) to evaluate the skills and competencies required for global job markets, and (3) to identify barriers to international job mobility. A survey research design is utilized, justified by the need to collect data from graduates, employers, and educators on job mobility experiences. The sample size includes 350 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Abuja, a region with diverse international connections. Findings indicated that globalization significantly enhanced job mobility for vocational graduates, with skills such as digital literacy, cultural competence, and language proficiency being crucial for success. However, barriers such as visa restrictions, recognition of qualifications, and cultural differences were noted. Recommendations included enhancing global competency training, establishing international partnerships for job placements, and advocating for policies that facilitate international job mobility.
