Abstract: Addressing ethical considerations in industry partnerships in vocational education is vital for maintaining integrity and fairness in educational collaborations. This study examines the ethical challenges and best practices in forming and sustaining industry partnerships within vocational education. The objectives are: (1) to identify common ethical issues in industry partnerships, (2) to evaluate the impact of these partnerships on educational quality and student outcomes, and (3) to propose strategies for ensuring ethical practices. A survey research design is employed, justified by its ability to collect nuanced perspectives from educators, students, and industry partners. The sample size includes 300 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on vocational institutions in Enugu State, known for their extensive industry collaborations. Findings revealed that ethical considerations such as conflicts of interest, transparency, and fairness were critical in maintaining successful partnerships. While industry partnerships positively impacted educational quality and student employability, addressing ethical issues was necessary to sustain these benefits. Recommendations included establishing clear ethical guidelines, promoting transparency in partnership agreements, and fostering open communication between educational institutions and industry partners.
