Abstract: This study investigates the integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education into vocational curriculum in Nigeria, examining strategies, approaches, and benefits of incorporating STEM disciplines and skills into vocational training programs. STEM integration enhances technical education by equipping students with critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills essential for success in contemporary industries and emerging technological fields. The research aims to (1) explore current practices and approaches to STEM integration in vocational education, (2) assess the impact of STEM education on student engagement, skill acquisition, and career readiness in vocational programs, and (3) propose recommendations for enhancing STEM integration to promote interdisciplinary learning and prepare students for STEM-related careers. A survey research design is employed to gather insights from STEM educators, vocational instructors, and industry professionals. A sample size of 400 participants will be chosen through purposive sampling to represent STEM educators, vocational students, and industry stakeholders in Ekiti State. Case studies will examine effective models of STEM integration and their outcomes in vocational education settings. Findings indicated positive student perceptions towards STEM learning, identified challenges such as curriculum alignment and teacher training gaps, and highlighted the role of project-based learning and industry partnerships in enhancing STEM education effectiveness. Recommendations include curriculum redesign, professional development for educators, and fostering collaboration between STEM disciplines and vocational training to promote holistic skill development and prepare students for STEM-driven careers.
