Abstract: This research analyzes regional disparities in access to technical education in Nigeria, examining geographical, economic, and infrastructural factors influencing educational opportunities, enrollment rates, and educational outcomes in vocational and technical schools across different regions. Addressing regional disparities is essential for promoting educational equity, reducing socio-economic inequalities, and enhancing workforce development across diverse communities. The study aims to (1) identify regional disparities in access to technical education and educational outcomes, (2) assess the impact of socio-economic and infrastructural factors on educational access and participation in vocational schools, and (3) propose recommendations for policy interventions and resource allocation to improve educational access, equity, and quality in technical education across regions. A survey research design is employed to gather insights from educational policymakers, community leaders, and stakeholders. A sample size of 400 participants will be chosen through purposive sampling to represent regional educational authorities, community representatives, and vocational educators in Taraba State. Case studies will examine regional initiatives and interventions addressing educational disparities and promoting educational inclusivity. Findings indicated significant disparities in educational infrastructure, funding allocations, and educational outcomes across regions, with challenges including rural-urban divides and limited access to vocational facilities. Recommendations include equitable resource distribution, targeted funding for underserved regions, and community partnerships to improve infrastructure and expand educational opportunities in technical education across diverse regional contexts.
