Abstract: This research explores the influence of educational reforms on vocational training in Nigeria, examining policy changes, curriculum updates, and institutional adaptations shaping vocational education outcomes. Educational reforms play a pivotal role in responding to evolving industry demands, technological advancements, and global economic shifts, influencing the quality, relevance, and accessibility of vocational training programs. The study aims to (1) analyze the impact of recent educational reforms on vocational curriculum development, delivery methods, and student outcomes, (2) assess stakeholders' perceptions and experiences regarding educational reforms in vocational institutions, and (3) propose strategies for optimizing educational reforms to enhance vocational training effectiveness and responsiveness to industry needs. A survey research design is justified to gather insights from policymakers, educators, and students. A sample size of 300 participants will be chosen through purposive sampling to represent educational policymakers, vocational educators, and students in Niger State. Case studies will examine the implementation of educational reforms and their implications for vocational education. Findings indicated mixed perceptions towards reforms' effectiveness in improving curriculum relevance and student outcomes. Recommendations include fostering stakeholder engagement, monitoring reform implementation, and aligning policies with industry demands to ensure vocational education prepares students effectively for current and future workforce requirements.
