EXCERPT FROM THE STUDY
Administrative staff quality happens to be the livewire of an effective school. This is because so much depends on the administrative structure of the school more than any other aspect. From the opinions sampled from reliable respondents, we can conclude that there is a positive relationship that exists between administrative staff quality and effectiveness of private secondary schools in education district 1 of Lagos state. This relationship is influenced by some factors, which includes: Programme Design, Teachers status (Full time, Part time), Learning resources, Staff knowledge acquisition, Implementation of policies, Staff rewards system and Feedback from Public (Parents, organizations and government). Furthermore, these influences have a positive impact on education which includes: Students satisfaction, Education goal achievement, Ease of learning, Administrative effectiveness, Knowledge communication, Healthy society and Academic innovation.
