ABSTRACT
The research study focused on human resource management perspectives to improve productivity in the construction industry. The construction industry is an important part of global economic activity, especially in emerging markets, where infrastructure developments are much needed. The construction industry is usually characterized as a labor-intensive sector and a low-tech sector. The study uses primary and secondary data. primary data from questionnaires distributed to construction workers, oral interview and personal observation. Data were analyzed using simple tables and percentages. The result showed that efficient human resource management in the construction industry improves productivity, efficient human resource management has a positive impact on employee performance, which has led to goals and objectives of the construction industry. It was concluded that the organization could not achieve good productivity and financial performance without implementing a well-known human resource management for the organization.
