About 40% of the participants were of the age range of 44-53 and 62% were married with 60% having a household size range of 5-8 persons, with about 38% having trading as their major occupation. The mean income of NAPEP participants increased from N106,556 before the intervention to N249,675.00 after the intervention (134%).
