This study assessed effects of human and material resources in the teaching and learning of agricultural science in junior secondary schools. The study adopted the descriptive survey design. The instrument used for data collection in this study is questionnaire and it was duly validated by research supervisors, language experts and statistician. The reliability of the instrument was determined using Cronbach Alpha technique which showed a reliability index of 0.84. In order to answer the research questions, mean and standard deviation was used, while the hypotheses were analysed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at 0.05 alpha level of significance.
