Statement of the Problem

One major problem is the variability in network connectivity across different regions, which can result in delayed transactions and occasional system crashes (Ibrahim, 2023). Additionally, compatibility issues with older mobile devices mean that a segment of the customer base may not experience the full benefits of the upgraded system.
