Background of the Study
Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of the quality of healthcare services. In Taraba State, community healthcare centers serve as the primary point of contact for many residents, particularly in rural areas. These centers provide essential services, including maternal and child healthcare, immunizations, and treatment for common illnesses. The satisfaction of patients with the services provided is critical for improving the performance and effectiveness of these centers. This study aims to investigate patient satisfaction with community healthcare centers in Taraba State, assessing various factors such as service quality, accessibility, healthcare personnel attitude, and infrastructure.
