Background of the study
Effective communication between students and teachers is a key component of successful learning outcomes. However, traditional methods of communication, especially in remote or underserved regions, can be inefficient and often hinder student engagement and support. AI-powered communication platforms can facilitate more efficient, personalized, and accessible interactions between students and teachers. These platforms can automate feedback, provide real-time assistance, and even facilitate peer-to-peer communication, all of which can enhance the learning experience. In Birnin Kebbi LGA, Kebbi State, the use of AI-based communication platforms is underexplored, and this study aims to explore how such platforms can enhance student-teacher collaboration, providing a more engaging and effective learning environment.
Statement of the problem
In Birnin Kebbi LGA, Kebbi State, communication between students and teachers is often hindered by large class sizes, limited access to technology, and logistical challenges. While traditional face-to-face communication is still the norm, it can be difficult to address the individual needs of students in a timely and efficient manner. AI-powered communication platforms offer a potential solution to these challenges by enabling automated communication, instant feedback, and personalized learning support.
