Background of the Study
Course registration and payment processes are integral to university administration, yet many institutions still rely on manual systems that can be inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors. Bayero University, Kano, like many other universities, faces challenges in managing the registration and payment of courses due to the large student population and limited resources. A streamlined and automated system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of these processes.
An online course registration and payment system allows students to select and register for courses, pay fees, and track their academic progress in a user-friendly and automated environment. Such a system would reduce the administrative burden on university staff, eliminate manual errors, and ensure timely registration and fee payments. Statement of the Problem
