Background of the Study
Nyesom Wike, appointed as the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister in 2023, has prioritized urban renewal projects aimed at modernizing Abuja’s suburban areas. Kuje, a satellite town in the FCT, has been identified as one of the key areas for development under Wike’s administration.
