Background of the Study
Marketing automation tools have become integral to digital marketing, enabling businesses to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and personalize marketing campaigns. AI-driven tools take this a step further by leveraging machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to optimize audience targeting, campaign scheduling, and lead nurturing (Johnson & Ahmed, 2024).
In Kogi State, digital marketers are increasingly adopting AI-driven marketing automation tools to remain competitive in the digital space. However, the effectiveness of these tools in achieving desired marketing outcomes, such as increased conversion rates, better ROI, and enhanced customer retention, is yet to be fully assessed.
