Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Stakeholder confidence is a critical element in maintaining positive relationships with various groups that influence an organization's success. Corporate communication is central to building and maintaining this confidence by ensuring that stakeholders are consistently informed, engaged, and assured of the organization's commitment to transparency, accountability, and performance.
