ABSTRACT

This study was carried out to examine the “Effectiveness Of Human Relations In The Banking Industry” using Guaranty Trust Bank Plc Kaduna, as a case study. Specifically, the study was aimed at finding out how human relations has improved the level of standard of performance, find out how human relations has assisted in achieving effectiveness in management, discover, the effect of supervision and or group performance of management, make concrete, advice or suggest on how human relation can be used for effective banking industry, and to promote a reference point where future researchers or students can draw inspiration for their intellectual nourishment. The study employed the survey descriptive research design. A total of 30 responses were validated from the survey. From the responses obtained and analysed, the findings revealed that Human Relation serve as a tool for effective management in the banking industry. The study therefore recommends the HR personnel of the organization should be well trained to always carry out their functions effectively and efficiently since they serve as a tool for effective management in any organization.
