Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Access to quality healthcare remains a fundamental human right, yet it is a challenge for many rural communities, including Donga Local Government Area in Taraba State. Limited healthcare infrastructure, inadequate staffing, and financial barriers often hinder residents from receiving timely and adequate medical attention.
