Background of the Study
Financial decision-making in local governments is vital for ensuring the efficient use of resources and the successful implementation of developmental projects. In Makurdi Local Government Area (LGA), the management of financial data remains largely manual, which can lead to inefficiencies, delays, and poor decision-making.
