1 Background of the Study
Entrepreneurship development is a cornerstone of economic growth and poverty reduction, particularly in developing regions. Public relations (PR) plays a vital role in facilitating entrepreneurship by raising awareness, fostering partnerships, and advocating for supportive policies. In Numan Local Government Area (LGA), Adamawa State, entrepreneurship faces challenges such as limited access to resources, inadequate awareness, and socio-cultural barriers. Research by Abdullahi and Garba (2023) highlights the importance of PR strategies such as media campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach in promoting entrepreneurship. This study examines the role of PR in facilitating entrepreneurship development in Numan LGA.
