Background of the Study
Educational institutions increasingly rely on branding to differentiate themselves, attract students, and build reputations. Public relations (PR) is a vital tool in this process, helping institutions communicate their values, achievements, and unique offerings. In Ilorin East Local Government Area (LGA), Kwara State, PR strategies have been employed to enhance the branding of schools, colleges, and universities. According to Oyetola and Yusuf (2023), effective PR practices, including media relations, event management, and digital marketing, play a significant role in shaping public perceptions and fostering trust in educational institutions.
