Background of the Study
Rural electrification is a critical component of socio-economic development, providing communities with access to electricity for improved living standards and economic opportunities. Public relations (PR) plays a vital role in enhancing rural electrification projects by creating awareness, engaging stakeholders, and addressing public concerns.
