Background of the Study
Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) play a critical role in development activities, especially in regions like Bali LGA. However, NGOs often face challenges related to financial sustainability, largely due to poor financial planning and mismanagement of resources. Budgetary planning is a key financial management tool that can help NGOs allocate resources efficiently, manage expenditures, and enhance their long-term sustainability. This study will assess the effectiveness of budgetary planning in ensuring the financial sustainability of NGOs in Bali LGA.
Statement of the Problem
Many NGOs in Bali LGA face difficulties in securing and managing funds due to ineffective budgetary planning. Without proper budgeting, NGOs risk overspending or misallocating resources, which may hinder their ability to carry out projects and achieve their objectives.
